Steve, would you recommend the selling of a custom made foot-long smoked farmer sausage? I would like to offer a foot-long on my menu that is unique and I believe this foots the bill. What would your thoughts be on a foot-long sausage compared to a foot-long wiener? If I do put it on my menu I will call the product The Terrace Long Dog { Terrace is my home town} & my price point would be $6.75.
