VIDEO: Bradley’s Incredible Mobile Food Vending Machine

Bradley Jacobs is a Hot Dog Profits Premium member with a flair for the creative.

Cow hot dog cartsSeveral years ago he built two E-Z Built Hot Dog Cart but he added a genius marketing twist.

Since he was going to serve all-beef hot dogs, Bradley named his business “Wholly Cow”. Get it? LOL! Bradley also painted his E-Z Built Hot Dog Carts to look like… you guessed it… COWS!

Not content to rest on his Laurels, Bradley just put the finishing touches on his newest creation, Pappy’s Porch. Bradley took an old pop up camper and used the E-Z Built Videos to convert it into one of the coolest mobile food vending machine I have seen.

This thing has so much room in it for equipment and storage that you could go anywhere and sell any foods that you wanted. I love the mechanical roof raising and lowering system, the slide outs, double full size steam tables. I could go on and on but why not just watch the video.

Let’s hear it for Bradley in the comments folks!

  1. Now that’s how ye do it matey!
Very cool. Amazing use of the space.

    1. I did it this way because 1) it is a smaller profile to pull down the road 2) it is smaller to store 3) it is larger, and open in the inside – 6×8 open floor space 4) you get a 16ft trailer in an 8ft package 5) most importantly, I wanted it that way and had the cash to realize my vision. It only takes 10-15 minutes to set up with 2 people (it takes 2 people to run it anyway). My large, enclosed trailer (24ft with a V-nose extension) takes 45-60 minutes to set up (with 4 people).

    2. charley howard: Mainly because there is so much happening in that trailer, and lots of things have to be stowed for driving. Here’s a partial list of everything that has to happen on the 24ft: Level it and put the stabilizers under it. Put 8 flags on the top. Set up electric steam tables. Put oil in fryer. Light fryer and griddle. Put menu board and signs on side of trailer. Set up shaved ice machine or popcorn machine or cotton candy machine on the porch. Set up condiments by prep area. Set up drink stations. Set up serving window. There are several things that have to happen in order, and can’t be done simultaneously. It’s just the nature of the big trailer.

  2. That is a very impressive rig, I would love to have one like it, especially when the weather is less than ideal. Awesome job my friend!
