Upload Your Hot Dog Photos

Hey Slingers and Wanna-be Slingers alike,

We just installed a fancy new photo uploader on this page. It allows you to upload photos of your own hot dogs for all the world to see. It says “Submit a Media File” but don’t worry, media file is just a fancy word for “picture”.

Give it a try!

You can upload photos of hot dogs that you made on your cart or your kitchen stove, makes no difference to us. We just want to see your creativity in fashioning new-fangled condiment and topping combinations.

TIP: Make sure to use the “medium” setting on your camera when you take your picture, or edit your photo to display at 1200 pixels wide or less before you upload it. Large files really slow down the uploader.

I will be approving all photos before they go live so be patient, I’ll get to yours I promise.

I’ll get the ball rolling with a photo of a delicious dog that I serve on my own cart. It’s called the Randall Dog.

If you want your name (or business name) to appear with your pic, enter it in the Post Content field.

OK folks, upload away!

  2. AWWWWW, I can’t find the picture anywhere that I took of the prettiest hot dog I ever made. Mustard and Relish under the dog with chili, cheese, onions and sauerkraut on top. It came out so pretty even the customer wanted a picture of it and now I can’t find it!

  3. Great idea! Hope you like the “All Thai’ed Up” Dapper Dog! Looking forward to seeing the creativity!

  4. You now, there is a lake close to me we go boating on and I have also wanted to look at modifying a pontoon boat to make dogs available all across the lake. Would like to get Jim’s contact information perhaps to see what he is doing and what state/lake? Thanks. I also do not have pictures yet of our hot dogs but will. I finally broke through with one vendor that should be supplying me with samples this week of the types of natural casing hot dogs we want to sell.

    1. I like the idea of using an ice chest as a cold prep station. I’ve been toying with that idea now for a while, gotta make things more efficient so I can better serve our troops and get their orders out fast. Thanks for sharing that picture and idea!

  6. Hope y’all like the Dogzilla and the Sonoran Hot dogs, I am working on other dogs as well. Love trying to come up with new and fresh topping ideas for my hot dogs and my regulars really love trying something new.
