The Steemie Weenie Hot Dog Cart

The nationwide job outlook hasn’t been getting any better, but lately I’ve been  receiving  more success stories from HotDogProfits.com customers than I have room to print. They just keep coming!

There’s a lot to be said for creating your own economy. Just listen to Chris…

Hey Steve, it’s Chris Jenkins from Maryville,TN.  I just wanted to let you know that The Steemie Weenie is now up and running at full steam!

I was laid off from my job on January 21, but saw the writing on the wall much earlier.  I started planning this business about a year ago.  I ordered your books and videos and built my own EZ Built in my spare time.

I got all of my licenses and permits taken care of so that when I was laid off I would be ready to go.  We’ve officially been open now since March and we are having a blast!  My wife gets to work with me, and we already have a good repeat customer base started.

We were able to land a location on a busy street in our town that doesn’t have many food options nearby.  We have an area large enough for 18 wheelers to pull in, and we offer curbside service to our customers as well!  Our customers can pull up to the cart and order without having to get out of their vehicle.

The EZ Built is working great and everyone is amazed by it.  Thanks for all of your help and the help of other doggers that I’ve met through your sites.  Be sure to follow “The Steemie Weenie” on Facebook.

  11. Thanks everyone! Troy- yes we serve chili- it is by far our most important condiment! I got the hot dog flag on eBay for around 18 bucks if I remember correctly. I had a friend/graphics designer help me get the logo made. Then I uploaded the image to www.buildasign.com for the stickers. They were really inexpensive.

  12. Chris,
Best of luck in the new “job”. I too got started when I got laid off. I’m in a small town in N.E. Alabama. I am on my third location so you did great getting a good one on the first shot.
I also like the vertical dog banner. Tell us where you got it. Tim
