I am assuming that you have put this to use. So I have a question… How much of a problem is it to have the condiments on the top shelf, dropped into the containers in the bottom shelf during the “reach over process” or do you have a solution for this? Or does it just created a “salad” as a topping?

Also seems like it would be a problem constantly sliding off the wire rack.
How do you keep the condiments chilled?
how about a list of parts, little rubber mat will keep it from sliding.
