  1. Very good idea. Thanks, I’ll take advantage of it. I have the exact condiment server. Where do you keep your tongs/spoons? I’ve been keeping them in the individual containers but it keeps the lid cracked open so that I have to keep an eye out for flies, etc.

  2. Hey Richard, I got a tip for your lids. I HATE flies, just get out a dremel with a cutting bit and just notch out a corner on your plastic lids large enough for the handle. Pretty much sealed but no “crack” for those disgusting flies to get in.

  3. Thanks everyone! Richard, the black stuff that you see in the picture is kind of a rubbery shelf liner that I found at Walmart. I love this stuff! I cut a piece to size to put under the condiment racks. I left some space in front of the first one and I just keep the tongs laying down there… every once in a while I will wipe the black shelf liner off with a rag… it works great.

  5. hey steve i live over here in oregon and i just came upon a good deal today. i know you must have people over here in oregon that is on here so if anyone is looking for a really nice 4 burner lg grill 2 ovens i know of one for $1,500.00. it is big and it is really nice.i was wanting to get it but im not ready for another rig yet. im having 2 to play with right now. so i just wanted to share this with anyone wanting to get bigger than a cart. i did and i love my new trailer. thanks for passing this on
