Funeral Home Hot Dogs?!!!

Funeral home hot dogs

Hi Steve, I saw this ad in the “Pennysaver”. This is thinking outside the box and it’s on a Friday!
I’m going over there and check it out. Goes to show, you can’t discount ANY business as a potential gig.

  1. I would do that but I could not get my wife to help me if we were real busy. She hates anything to do with funeral homes. The funny thing about that is I always wanted to be a funeral director. My dad did that when I was very young and I thought it was cool. I guess selling hotdogs at a funeral home really makes the fun stand out in FUNeral Home. LOL

    DUGGS DOGGS
    Good!! Good!!

    1. The funeral directors are always a very dependable type of person. They are the LAST one that will ‘let you down’ if ya’ know what I mean. Why they are SOO popular that people are just dying to go there!!!

  2. I worked in guest relations for a funeral home for 3-4 years. We actually had a lot of fun and I can see them having a hotdog cart there, maybe not for a showing or a service though.

  3. Let’s see……….Menu choices……….??……..The Dead Beat dog……..Closed Koffin Dog……….Heavenly Delicious Dog……………..Hotter than Hell Weeny……………..

Customer Appreciation, are not the ones that are dead, the true customers…….lol
The work of the slinger, to die for……………:))

  4. Wow! If you’d have asked me it this was a good idea, I would have said- you want to sell hotdogs at a what? Lo’ and behold just another reminder to keep an open mind!

  8. Guess you should charge extra for CLOSED KOFFIN DOG YOU’ll HAVE TO USE TWO BUNS LOL WILL THAT BE SERVED ON CREPE OR SATIN

  9. I’ve heard my customers say “I’ve been dying for one of your hotdogs all week”, but to some, seems that’s a literal comment :-/

  10. I Understand From This Gesture, That Serving Hot DOGS!!!.. To Your Current Or Previous Customer’s Just Showing Your Appreciation As A Celebration…Then The Funeral Home Owner Will Foot The Bill…So Your Not Charging Your Client…

  11. Boy those comments are a lot of STIFF competition it would be hard to top them with out a BACKHOE talk about getting your digs in

  12. This past year, I took my Hot Dog Cart to a large Cemetery in our area to feed the Employee’s, the office staff, the grounds guys and a few visitors. A few hours, well worth it. Some in The greater N E Ohio area have vendors out for Memorial Day weekend. Great response as I got other set ups from this. Mike, Vuj’s Hot Dogs.
