Are you available to do a gig tonight?
I just got a call from a really nice lady in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. She is coordinating a book fair at a local school and their hot dog vendor fell through.
She needs a hot dog vendor with a cart and umbrella to serve dogs, chips, and drinks at the school tonight (9-25-12). The event starts at 5pm but you will need to get there earlier to set up.
You must have health department approval and insurance.

Steve I Have a hot dog cart that I build out of a cushman three wheeler trucker.
I sell my hot dogs in the area of lee county in Florida but I have found out that
they do not need any more hot dog cart in this area. I wil like to find out if I can
change my hot dog cart to a taco cart. I will have the best tacos in florida if I can
get my cart license to tacos. Let me now if it can be done

Shouldn’t be a problem mechanically. You can mod a cart to serve just about anything. The trick is getting your health dept to give you approval. Let me know how it goes Moe!
