Greg Kerlin bought my hot dog cart book a couple of years ago and started his own successful hot dog cart business. Now Greg has parlayed that opportunity into a small restaurant. Nice!
His cart is for sale and it looks really nice. Here are the specifics:
Custom made hot dog cart has working grill, as well as four
steamer/boiler pans, two condiment tray, handy bun/ equipment shelves
with sliding plastic covers, hand wash sink with hot and cold water
(12 volt pump, water heated by the propane burners, 5 gallon clean
water and grey-water plastic tanks. Battery included!). Removable
work/prep shelf and umbrella. Propane tank included. New swing-away
utility jack installed. In great shape to start your business. Light
and easy to tow (1 7/8 ” ball). We can work out delivery as we are
about 100 miles south-west of St. Louis.
