Merry Christmas to all! Steve, thanks for all your help and all you do for us! Many of us wouldn’t have a clue where to start without you, and I speak for myself in that. BTW, I’ve been approved for next summer at the beach again. Looks like this will be a Happy New year and hopefully a habit!
