I just got a nice testimonial from one of my customers along with some pics of his E-Z Built Hot Dog Cart with gold leaf lettering and gold fenders. Very classy!

“My name is Parker Fields Jr. I’m 40 years old and have been in the construction business 25 years. I was ready to make a change in my life and said goodbye to the hard back breaking work. I was looking up hot dog carts and came across HotDogProfits.com. Well lets just say it was one of my best investments ever. Steve takes you step by step through the whole process. I’ve enjoyed the compliments on my cart and the people who buy my hot dogs. So if you are looking for a change get his CDs, DVDs and books. Thanks Steve for making everything so simple!”

You did a fantastic job on your E-Z Built Hot Dog Cart Parker!
I’ll bet you don’t miss that hard construction gig. It’s OK for the young studs but as we get older it takes it’s toll on the body. Hot dogs are a lot lighter than 4×8 sheets of 1/2 inch drywall, steel beams, and bricks. 😉
Thanks for the kind words Parker. I’m glad y0u like my training materials.
Let’s hear it for Parker in the comments!

The cart looks great. Good luck bud. Steve, changing lives, one cart at a time.
Love the gold fender and gold letters. Nice sink set up. It is nice to see others taking the road less traveled. I’m proud of you. I’m looking forward in getting going soon too. Happy Dog slinging.
Sweet!
Nice job Parker. Love the paint job. Kind of an old fashion feel. Good luck slinging those dogs.
Great looking cart Pappy!
Great looking cart Parker! I love the finishing design!
I wish you the best! Welcome to the group! 🙂
where’s the grill on the cart?
Hi Tina – great question. We don’t all use grills. It’s the great debate: grilling vs steaming!
Great looking cart. Nice job !! There arrrrre other perks to consider as well mate.
Ye can enjoy the outdoors, great people to meet, the sights , smells, & sometimes really unusual or odd things. You never know when a deer or something might run down the street. Keep the camera handy mate & best of luck to ye.
1st mate Jim.
Venison dogs anyone?
Hey Parker,
I was in the Masonry end of construction. I thought I’d do a cart. After weeks of hard labor the DMV wouldn’t license it. They said they were afraid that the bricks would come loose and maybe fall all over the highway after towing it for a while. Also it took me and four neighbors to push it in and out of my garage. So I ditched it and just bought a cart.
I like your cart as much as O’Doggy’S and djdawg’s carts the best. All three are exceptional. Very, very Nice.
Hot dog carts are easy to license with the DMV, especially E-Z Builts like the ones you referred to. I imaging a brick hauling trailer would be a lot tougher.
also Tina, some states HD do not allow grills. Here in Oklahoma they can only be used for certain things, i can grill onions, and warm pretzels on mine, but i cannot cook any dogs or anything like that on it.
Nice Job Pappy! I’ll have one Pappy Dog Combo!
Great looking cart! The lettering is outstanding and should pull some folks in. Overall, the cart reflects ‘care in construction’.
Papa
No debate at all Grilling is the only way….. Nice cart Parker, wishing you many days of success…..Have fun in this adventure….and remember ” a hot dog a day keeps the doctor away “
Hey, Parker it’s been a long time. Good to see someone from Michigan slinging dogs as well. Nice cart and good luck!
Parker: Great set up! I love your sinks! Outstanding Job!
Mitch

Very snappy looking cart. Really like the sink combo…was that a county requirement?
What kind of dogz do you cook up? Do you do Coney Island dogs?
Good luck, my son was in the concrete business he is 45 he and I are getting into the hot dog cart business it’s starting off slow because we are doing events only but are going to start setting up in town thru week also to get moving. We live in the small town of Doniphan, Mo
Good luck Esther!
Dear Mr. Parker Fields Jr.
Your cart looks fantastic. Never look back…..keep going. Take care, Jim
I just had a chance to read this and I think the story is fantastic. I only have one question what is the what “contraption” on the side towards the top…..?
That’s an on-demand hot water heater for the hand washing sink. It’s required in some counties, not required in others but it’s a good idea all the same.
