Steve,
How’s it going? I hope that all is well. I would like to share something with you and your readers and I really think that y’all will enjoy it. I did an event over the weekend called Food Truck Frenzy, held in downtown Temple, Texas and it featured a lot of local food truck owners from the central Texas area. It was not a competition but rather an event to promote the downtown area.
The organizer told the reporter that I would be a good spokesman for the event so I was featured in the story. I was blown away by that and I was excited to do it. Anyway, the story aired last night and it was awesome! I’ll attach the video to this email so that you can check it out. Thanks for all you have done for me, I truly appreciate it!

Good job man
Great set-up! Sounds like an AWSOME menu! Congratulations on your success!
Way to go Esteban great job and thank you for getting the word out. I wish more cities welcomed food vendors with such zeal but in many states in the upper east coast they still protect the restaurant owners and treat food trucks/carts as if they are a plague on society, but with good people like you working hard for the rest of us to get the word out they won’t be allowed to turn a blind eye to us too much longer.
There is always a way Terry. Street vending is only one option. You can make a lot of money doing private events, parties, catering, corporate events, auto dealer promos, store grand openings, customer appreciation days, fairs, festivals, charity events. The list is never ending. Good luck!
Excellent, ….congratulations! !!
Thanks everyone, I truly appreciate the kind words! For being the first time ever for that event, I would have to say that it was a pretty good success! I’m definitely looking forward to doing it again in February, especially since I was featured in the interview at the event! Should make for a very profitable and busy day! Hope everyone is slinging lots of dogs!
Congratulations and way to go!
