Hi Steve, just wanted to send a picture of the cart project. I’m nearly done with my 2nd cart, (new and improved version) I hope you like it. I will send some when its up and running , THANKS A BUNCH. And this one only took me 3 years to build!!
I Â had intentions on just building my son one, but that all changed. I fell in love with the whole idea of hotdogs, so this ones for my wife and I. As soon as we can stop the daily grind we will be out dogging!Â
OK you take care, oh yeah keep those news letters coming and I placed an order for a dog sled. I think I’m gonna like it, based on reviews of it I’ve read.
It’s been lots of fun!! See ya,

Nice job Leldon!
I love the mascot. It looks hand painted, am I right? And you have some fancy-schmancy faucets on that sink! You did a fine job on it – I’m really proud of you and I can’t wait to see more pictures!
Longest Build.
It only took you three years to finish it? I think you win the award for longest build! 😉
Fastest Build.
I have a customer in Indiana who wins the award for fastest build. Dave King ordered the E-Z Built Video and Plans Package then went out and got himself a gig for that weekend – before he even started on his cart! With a hard deadline quickly approaching Dave finished his E-Z Built in just three days!
The great thing is you can work at your own pace and help from me is just a phone call or email away. Whether you work fast or slow, it’s a fun and very profitable project!
Let’s hear it for Leldon in the comments!

P.S. If you want more information on how to build your own hot dog cart for under $800 in commonly available hardware store materials, with no welding or riveting required, click here.
I admire the dedication it took to complete your second cart-no matter how long it took! Good Luck!
Hey this is the first time that I seem to be the first to comment!
Why can’t I think of cute things like “Dog’s On The Run,” with a running dogs.
I think that’s a great catchy cart and logo to start. I wish you the best.

My husband is building our second cart as I write this. Good luck to you. The hardest part is finding a great location for your cart. Hard work will pay off every time!
Great name and perfect logo to go with it!!!!!
Great job. Love the logo.
3 days or 3 years, at least it happened. I still dream of being a hot dogger someday. I’ll get there.
Yes you will Matthew. Let me know how I can help!
I have your plans for a home built model. I would like to build one sideways and with two full size tables, one for direct heat and one for steaming. Any pictures available of those who built one like I am thinking about? Your plans do not show such an animal….lol
Greg

Emailing now Al.
Awesome Leldon! Great job! I too like the funny hot dog mascot! 🙂
There are side serve schematics? Yes, please! Steve, could I have a copy too? I’m building a second cart this year and wanted to build it the side serve way. I’m giving my first cart away to my mom who’s wanted to do this for years but couldn’t afford the cart. She liked mine a lot!
I’m going to help her get started soon. 🙂 It’s a birthday gift so she doesn’t know it yet. Her birthday is in May. However, I may give it to her for Mother’s Day so she could get a head start in the season. HeHe…
🙂
Giving your Mom your first E-Z Built Hot Dog Cart. How cool are you!!!
Schematics are in the email…
