Hot Dog Profits Premium Member “Happy” Jack Meeks grew his Indiana hot dog biz from zero to three carts in a little over two years. You can listen to the interview I did with him on the original Hot Dog Cart Radio. Click here to listen to Jack as he explains how he did it and how you can too.
Happy Jack got back in touch with me yesterday to tell me about his latest success. He added ice cream to his product line up and increased his sales 25%.
He bought several ice cream freezers at an auction and can’t use them all so he’s offering Hot Dog Cart News readers the opportunity to purchase the remainder.

Hey Steve,
Hope all is well with you. I wanted to share something that may be helpful to a few of your followers.
My wife went to an auction the other day and saw these freezers that were being sold from a high school closing.
I called the company that made them and parts are still available for them if ever needed.
They sold for $2,800 new…they are about 4 years old.
I use 2 every day on carts to sell ice cream novelties, Italian ice, and frozen candy bars…our sales have increased by 25% since we began with them.
She bought a total of 7 units…I took 2 leaving her with 5 to sell. She is selling for $500 each plus shipping. If you know anyone interested, please pass my info along.
Thanks,
Happy Jack

Steve,
I’m having a mobile trailer built to sell my hot dogs and other lunch items. This trailer contains a bane-marie refrigeration compartment that I will have to power by generator. I’m buying my own generator and was wondering if you or any of the other folks on this site could recommend a model that is fairly inexpensive, reliable and most of all quiet. Thanks.
The Honda Four Strokes are really quiet.
