Who wants $600 for six hours of fun (I mean work)? I need several Hot Dog Cart vendors to work two day gigs.
You will give away 600 to 700 Hot Dogs each day, ketchup and mustard ONLY. The promoter will reimburse you up front for all product costs and pay you $600 for your time.

FINALLY something in Texas, BUT no where near North Texas-darn.
I have done a dozen of these gigs for Mark. He is always great to work with and if you deliver the service as he outlines he delivers the payout as stated in a very professional, respectful manner. Not many better gigs around.

Do you have to be licensed anywhere, or in Texas specifically, or town/county there of? i.e. a rig licensed in AZ going on down to Tejas?

You can get a temporary permit from the county you will be serving in just for the event.
