Bruce just sent me pics of his new hot dog cart. Wait until you see the twist he put on it. It didn’t cost hardly anything and it totally blew the health inspector away. Pictures below.

Hi Steve,
Just wanted to send you the pic’s of my new EZ Built Hot Dog Cart.
Over the 5 months of building my cart, I constantly had to view and go over your DVD’s to make sure I did things right, it was nice having you along side to get me through the construction. Your tapes are well done and I enjoyed your humor. By the way have you gotten a hair piece yet ? 🙂
You did an outstanding job and you should be proud of the programs you have put together !!! When you look at the pic’s of my cart, you should realize that you were a big contributor of the construction.
I passed the health department inspection with flying colors and the Health Inspector asked if I could make her one !!!
Thanks Again,
Bruce of ” Bruce’s Hot Dog Cartel “

Super job Bruce!
This is one of the slickest E-Z Built Hot Dog Carts that I have seen yet because of the way he finished the exterior.
The video and plans package included in the HotDogProfitsPremium.com membership shows you how to skin the cart in metal. Well Bruce put his own unique twist on it…
Instead of using diamond plate aluminum, he went down to Home Depot and got the widest roll of aluminum flashing that they had. He used the flashing to skin his cart for next to nothing. And WOW did it come out nice. Just ask Bruce’s health inspector, LOL!
I love, love, love all of the pure genius modifications that my customers have come up with over the years to make their E-Z Built Hot Dog Carts into the carts they always dreamed of.
So cool.
Let’s hear it for Bruce in the comments, he truly deserves it!

P.S. No I haven’t gotten a hair piece. I’m going for the Friar Tuck look. 😉
What was the innovation?
Sorry… just had to read further..must be too early…Lol. Great looking cart!.
LOL.
Great looking cart.
Agreed!
Great looking cart. I really like the flashing compared to the diamond plate.Best of luck to you in your new venture.
I really like it too. Although diamond plate is still a nice option. Maybe use a limited amount of diamond plate for some trim pieces, might make for a nice contrast look?
Great job, you can see how well you thought things out. Clean and easy to maintain. Jim
I think “clean” was the first word that came to my mind when I saw it. Probably the health inspector’s too… which is nice.
Wow! Great idea. Bruce is more than handy, that guy is a craftsman. Nice job.
Whether you are building a cart or building a business, attention to details makes all the difference.
Nice job Bruce! That is one sharp looking cart.
You should know Cory. Your E-Z Built Hot Dog Cart is also gorgeous!
Awesome! Love the sink configuration tucked to the front too! Way to go and best wishes selling!
I like that too. By moving the water heater to the side he gained space in the front for the sinks. Brilliant!
We have diamond plate on the floor of our trailer..SOOOOO hard to clean! Every diamond gets stuff around all 4 sides so it’s scrub brush and hands and knees although I now use knee pads!
That would be a P.I.T.A.!
Theres nothing like Steel !!!!!!!!!! easy to clean and holds up better, yes cart gets hot, gotta know where and how to insulate and not have burners on all day LOL
your cart looks great, I love it , All the best
Allan
Looks terrific! I don’t know if I could live without my ice chest though.
Bruce, does the little tire in the front flip up for travel? Seems like it would need to….
Also, how did you affix the tin to the paneling? It really does look sharp, great job!
What is the name of your business?
I made the nose wheel removable for travel on my personal E-Z Built cart. I pull it behind a passenger car (that’s my rig at the top of every article) and I need the clearance. I use wing nuts to take it on and off fast.
Hi Lucky Dawg, thanks for the compliment !!! I through bolted threaded rod using steel plates, then I used Carriage bolts with wing nuts so I can remove or attach the tire when I’m ready to tow the cart. I used caulk to adhere the flashing on the doors ( smaller pieces ) and I just stapled the edges in a few spots on the edges to hold in place, so when I installed my aluminum trim it stays in place. What’s nice if it gets dinged, I can replace it because it’s not glued.
My business name is ” Bruce’s Hot Dog Cartel “.
Great ideas Bruce!
Nice! I had considered the flashing route before going with corrugated steel but could never find wide enough flashing. Great job! I did end up using flashing for the sink…Bruce, can you let everyone know what kind of adhesive you used?
I like that traditional look. When I was a bartender we used club soda to clean that type of metal. It didn’t leave streaks.
We used the carbonated water from the soda machine to clean the stainless prep tables when I was assistant manager at Burger King in high school. It really works!
Very nice clean look customers will love it. Is this over the ez built?
Yes it is. Looks pro doesn’t it?!
Yes, the EZ Built is the frame for my cart.
WOW. Nice. Beautiful. Excellent job. I cannot explain how much I love this cart. Only thing I don’t understand, there is no cooler. It would have finished this cart nicely, but it doesn’t need it since this is a great looking cart. Bet the hot dogs taste as great as the cart looks. Bob.
I wanted and needed room, so I didn’t install a cooler. I also figured that there would be less heat hitting my cooler if it was outside of the cart. I had one health inspector from another village tell me that the cooler had to be attached. After hearing that, I took a pass on that village and it’s their loss since I have found one of the best tasting dogs on the planet. I have already sold dozens cold, so the customers could take them home and prepare them for the 4th of July. One of the family members for [major brand name omitted] has asked me several times what brand of dogs I sell, but I won’t tell. It’s my understanding that she would have given me a couple of cases free, but I don’t want them. My Dogs taste that GOOD !!! No brag just fact !!!
Nice looking hot dog cart! Very impressed with the attention to detail…obviously, so was the inspector. Hope you have much success with your new biz.
Great looking cart, nice workmanship, I would buy a dog from you….
Duggs Doggs
Good!! Good!!
Super job! Clean and shiny…very attractive!
Awesome looking cart, I love it. I recently redid my cart and covered it in stainless steel and I love how it came out. I also put all 4 sinks to one side and moved the heater over to the side, but instead of mounting it on the outside, I mounted the heater on the inside of the little cubbie hole. I like the fact that the heater is out of the way and hidden, no risk of anyone accidently getting burned. I do like what you did with the inside of your cart, looks very professional. Great job dude!
Great looking cart, I would buy a hotdog from a cart that looks that good….
Duggs Doggs
Good!! Good!!
I’m jealous, I’m too old, lost my patience and ambition to build, so now I have to buy one.
BooHoo!!
Man! Great Job!!!!
