Steve, I just wanted to send you a few photos of my cart. It was built by a friend and myself and passed the strict Kern County California with a 100 % score.
I have been working it in front of the Ace Hardware store in Calif City. I serve Costco dogs, tamales, churros, corn on the cob, and what ever else I can get people to buy LOL.
Thanks for the help that Hot Dog Profits Premium gave me in getting set up and wanting to do this. It has been good for me. Got me off the couch.
Thanks
Dan Bradley, HDP Premium Member.

Good for you Dan! I’m proud of you.
I love what you did with the cart. It’s a thing of beauty for sure. Let me know how else I can help you!

P.S. For those who want to build their own metal cart, our E-Z Built plans are just the ticket. If you have basic metal working skills, all you need to do is substitute metal angle for the frame members, then attach the sheet metal of your choice. The firebox, tanks, plumbing, electrical, sinks, and everything else is built just like in our video instructions.

I love the cart! The table with the banner and the roof with the semi-enclosure look great!!
I agree George. The front table is great.
I like the diamond plate shell.
Looks nice.
The table is a great use of the space over the trailer hitch.
Very nice cart matey !!
1St Mate Jim.
Cart looks great. Great work. Good luck.
Does that bad boy have a fridge? I’m in Los angeles county and we need a refrigerator down here. I thought kern county had the same requirement. That’s the only thing holding me back on a home build cart, not sure how to include the fridge.
It’s pretty simple Jeremy. You can power a fridge with a deep cycle marine battery or two, hooked to a power inverter.
Your gona need a bigger boat !!
Arrrr har har !!
I LOVE the table over the hitch! What a great idea! I wonder if I could incorporate something like that on mine without too much trouble. Steve?
Since your cart is all metal it would require some skills and tools. A local fabrication shop should be able to do it Robin. Show them the pics.
WAY TO GO DAN ! MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL OF YOU!
Thanks for the genius suggestion about the marine battery It sure will be a lot cheaper than buying a generator Lets see with the marine battery I can power my smaller hot dog roller grills, a bun steamer, and so much more to serve and sell my hot dogs to my hungry customers Its so simple, why did I not think of that! Thank you again!
Gary that hot dog man with the hot dog plan!
Dan, you done an awesome job. I’ve just purchased about 85% of the material I need to start building, and I can only hope I do as great of a job as you did. Good Luck!!
One of the best looking carts I have seen on this site. It really looks professionally built.
Great job.
joe

I’m impressed ! The modifications to the cart are some of the best I’ve seen! Congratulations.
