I built this cart from the EZBuild plans.  I started with a 4×8 trailer.  This cart is 8 feet long with a great rear storage area and a flat top to set up chips or I sold sunglasses!  There are 4 sinks with hot or cold running water with a pump and switch; and there is a 4 foot steam table in the front.  I have it set up for a 1/2 pan for boiling or heating dogs and the other side is a full-size steam table pan with pans to fit for any arrangement of condiments that you need. 1/2 pans, 1/4 pans and 1/3 and 1/6 size pans.  All pans included.  It has an area to secure propane tank and a jack built-in. It will also accomodate 2 umbrellas. Three commercial burners power the almost double-sized propane steam table. Three control knobs allow you to cook more evenly. The steam table can accommodate various size pots with lids (included): One half size perforated pan for steaming, two 1/4th size pans, a 1/3rd size direct heat pan and a 1/2 size pan. All pans and lids are carry the NSF mark. Use the steamer for hot dogs, buns, chili, cheese, sauerkraut, sausages and more. Under the bread box is a hidden storage area for the two full size 20# propane tanks (included). A single gas line with an easy twist on/off connection runs from the burners to the propane storage area and the instant-on hot water system that the health inspectors love. A second line services the stainless steel grill (included) for the dogs, hamburgers or pretty much anything you can cook. High-end LP regulators are also included.

The cart has w/4 stainless steel sinks, hot and cold pressurized water system, a 5 gallon water tank and a 7.5 gallon waste water tank. Pressure is supplied by the commercial 12v pump (Battery included). On-demand water system, including all fittings (copper and PEX lines are NSF certified). Waste water tank is fixed under the cart – out of view. It includes a hose for easy draining and comes standard with back flow prevention.

Fully insulated cooler has a hinged lid for easy access. It is rated to hold ice for up to 3 days in 90 degree temperatures. I store my dogs and extra condiments in it but can also be used for drinks. I use a free standing cooler (included) which holds 300 drinks. The over-sized bread box holds up to 30 bags of 12ct buns and other necessities like napkins, foil and dry condiments. Stainless condiment table allows customers to fix their own dogs while you serve dogs – saves you time and headaches. A hidden tray under the condiment table is for stainless steel pans (included) to sit on a bed of ice. Leveling posts are included for balance and stability. They slide away easily for transport. The red 8′ umbrella is huge – allowing for some shade on those hot days. It stands out nicely for visibility. The umbrella is fabric with a metal post to hold up to moderate wind and use. Also includes a 10×10 pop-up tent for additional shade and customer needs.

I’m including everything that I have to run the cart with it. The cart has a 2 burner steam table that works off a 20 gallon propane tank.  Included is 1 half pan, 3 third pans, 3 sixth pans and the lids so a person can use what he/she likes best.  It has an Eccotemp instant water heater and 1 sink with an electric water pump and 12 volt battery.  I’m including the gas grill that I bought but never used.  It can be removed or installed in seconds using wing nuts. Fresh food can include sandwitches, fruits, vegetables, etc… It has 5 different compartments for storing drinks. It has a 5 gallon propane tank. It’s not that big of a looker, but for making money, it can give you a hand. It opens and closes on both sides like flats. Stainless steel sheeting, aluminum trim, galvanized nuts, bolts, washers and framing. 5′ long by 3′ wide and 43″ high from ground to counter top, very stable cart for even the most uneven traveling surfaces(curbs). very easy to push from area to area. 4 individual burner well with 4 burner control knobs, 3 wells are 21” x 12″ stainless steel pans and one well is split into two stainless steel pans 12″ x 12″. 4 level notched stainless steel pan lids and one domed stainless steel pan lid. tubed wheels to reduce vibration when mobile – two locking swivel and two non swivel, all four wheels have greaseable bearings with grease zirts. Stainless steel sink with hot and cold running water to faucet, soldered copper line for hot water, warmed by heat from one burner, insulated stainless steel flex line for cold water. Pressurizable plastic clean water tank for greater water flow through faucet. Lots of storage in cart(5′x3′) for 5 gallon Igloo water coolers and propane tanks, with hinged lockable latched doors to prevent any items from falling out. Umbrella, pans, lids included but propane tank is not included. NSF certified burners, valve assembly with tank valve, sink, faucet, water lines, wheels, pans, lids, umbrella and cart push handle. Picture of frame shows squaring materials in the corners that were used in construction, but removed after sheeting was installed.
