Hey Steve,

Wholly Cow Hot Dogs, LLC

**********************************

The first step to selling is being noticed. You have to think of ways to command attention, ways to stand out in the crowd!

Bradley was written up in Hot Dog Cart News a while back when he emailed me pictures of  his “Wholly Cow” the most unique E-Z Built Hot Dog Cart I’ve ever seen. Click the pic for a larger version:

Here’s a link to the original article where you can see more pictures of Bradley’s ingenious marketing: Bradley’s Wholly Cow Hot Dog Cart

Now that there are two of these beasts, I imagine they’ll just multiply on their own if Bradley gives ‘em some privacy!

Steve-The thought of hot dog carts procreating made me smile. I feel troubled by that reaction.

Thanks folks.
@Terry: Good talking with you. Hope they work out. Sure beats scrubbing the pans.
@Tasty: I made the 2nd one just about 2 inches taller. Everything else the same.

Now just wait until you see the 3rd cart. Twice as big, 2 steam tables, and shaved ice on the other end! Only used it 3 times so far, but it’s going to be a money maker. I’ll have to send Steve some pics of it.

They need an ear tag or chain around their neck with their number on them. Number 3 sounds like a bull, not cow!! That will make em multiply for sure.

Great cartoons!

Your originality speaks volumes and will attract herds of hot dog grazers for miles!

Hey, I’m hearing a lot of chatter about pan liners. What’s the buzz? I, like everyone, HATE CLEANING PANS!!!! I still have a steam cart in my fleet but I still prefer to use my grill carts due to the whole pan dilemma.

Keep building that herd of yours!

Pan liners have to be one of the greatest inventions for us. You can get them to fit most any size of steam table pan. They are plastic and disposable. Just put one in your pan, then put your chili in. At the end of the day, just discard the liner. No need to scrub. I buy mine at webstaurantstore.com They’re about $16 per 100 liners for the 1/4 size.

Note: I only use mine in the steam table side. I don’t know if they will stand up to the direct heat side.
